Birthday Coordinators

These volunteers makes sure all of our members receive a birthday ecard and arranges a quarterly dinner at a local restaurant to celebrate birthdays.

Chaplain

The Chaplain opens each meeting with a prayer.

Check-in

The Check-in Committee works together to register members & guests for lunch, handle member name tags and makes sure all candidates & elected officials sign-in.

Historian

The Historian takes pictures at all of our events and then loads them into a folder on our website and to our Facebook page.

Hospitality

The Hospitality Committee decorates our meeting room for our general meetings and any other events.

Legislative Co-Chairs

Keeps members updated on current and on-going legislative issues.

Member Training/Activism Awards

This member does quarterly training of members and keeps track of membership status of Activism Program.

Nametags

Update nametags with new members, bring nametags to meetings and stand to make sure Members sign in at our general meetings.

Parlimentarian

The Parlimentarian is familiar with the club By-Laws and with the Roberts Rules of Order and assists the club President in running the meeting according to the rules.

Public Relations

Posts meetings and events on Facebook & local Republican calendars such as Harris County & Fort Bend County websites.

Special Projects Committee

This committee works on Special Projects. Please add your name so you can be contacted directly about upcoming projects.

Subcommittees

Voter Registration Chair

T-Shirt Sales

This committee oversees the sale of our club T-shirts. Also they oversee the collection of donations for our Republican signs.

(GHCFRW) Greater Houston Council Representative(s)

These Representatives attend the quarterly meetings of the Greater Houston Council and relays information back to our club members.

(TFRW) Texas Federation of Republican Women Representative

The Representative keeps our club informed about issues concerning the Texas Federation of Republican Women.

(NFRW) National Federation of Republican Women Representative(s)

This Representative keeps our club updated on issues related to the National Federation of Republican Women.
